Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This position will be remote work, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, pricing, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals set by the company - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
