Job Description:
S&P Global is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in London, England, UK. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer service by demonstrating an understanding of products and services offered by S&P Global - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations - Leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools - No prior experience required – full training will be provided - Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
