Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is looking for a talented Live Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a remote part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Use critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Keep up with product knowledge and updates to offer accurate information to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits to handle diverse customer interactions - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and problem solve - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using live chat software and multitasking capabilities - Prior experience in customer service or live chat support roles preferred
