Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Home Depot is seeking a motivated and skilled Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from your location in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner - Research products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Solve customer problems and find creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Home Depot brand with excellence - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
