Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Clorox, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote and based in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and hardworking personality.

Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through live chat interactions - Train and mentor live chat agents to ensure they provide high-quality service to customers - Monitor chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize chat operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all chat interactions - Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick and effective resolutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Act as a leader and motivator for the live chat team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in live chat management or customer service - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing a team - Proficiency in chat software and customer relationship management systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Vision insurance, profit sharing, and company transportation provided - Must embrace diversity and support an inclusive work culture
