Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Mohawk Industries. This position is remote and part-time, offering a unique opportunity to work from anywhere in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and online chat management, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all live chat operations, including monitoring chat queues, assigning chats to agents, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall chat experience. 3. Train and support live chat agents, providing guidance on best practices, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques. 4. Analyze chat performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and IT, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to live chat management, implementing innovative solutions to drive success.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in live chat management. 3. Energetic and adaptable personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 5. Proficiency in live chat software and CRM platforms, with a solid understanding of chat analytics and reporting. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. 7. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of chat agents.
