Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Manager on a part-time remote basis in London, England, UK. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our live chat operations, including overseeing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat performance metrics, implementing best practices for customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance the live chat experience, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, candidates should have experience in managing remote teams, a strong understanding of live chat software and tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
