Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from London, England, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat on our website to provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and any inquiries they may have. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and increase customer engagement. 4. Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. 5. Innovate and recommend improvements to our live chat platform to enhance the customer experience. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. 4. Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customers. 5. Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 8. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
