We are looking for a confident and resilient Live Chat Representative to join our team at C.H. Robinson Worldwide. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide excellent customer service and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and issues effectively. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Use creativity to develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 8. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards. 9. Meet performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Live Chat Representative or similar customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities. 5. Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent. 8. Confident and resilient personality traits.
