Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone and chat but primarily email- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information and update records.- Demonstrate proper etiquette and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with customers.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.- Ecommerce experience is a bonus
All required training will be provided.
