Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Sonic Automotive is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Account Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account management team, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with client communication and relationship management - Maintain and update client records and accounts - Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments - Prepare and distribute reports and documents - Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing and billing - Conduct research and gather data for account management projects - Provide general administrative support as needed


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
