Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will be motivated and confident, with strong soft skills in leadership and negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase account value - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
