Job Description:
Caterpillar is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate in London, England. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team and assisting with customer inquiries and requests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with creating and maintaining client accounts - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide support in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve quickly - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus
