Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager


Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts remotely. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess strong adaptability and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and upselling - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account status and progress - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients - Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts - Manage escalations and serve as a resource for client questions and concerns


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and driven personality - Adaptability to changing client needs and environments
