Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team at Toast in London, England. As a part-time Account Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Understand client needs and objectives to effectively support them in achieving their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to maximize their utilization of our services - Analyze client usage data and provide insights to help clients optimize their performance - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients - Regularly update clients on new features and enhancements to our offerings - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any concerns or issues


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Resilient mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
