Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


SunTrust Banks is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for managing client accounts remotely and providing exceptional support to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Analyze account performance metrics and provide reports to management on a regular basis - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in account management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience using CRM software and other account management tools - Motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic - Persuasion and innovation skills
