Job Description:
Coca-Cola is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Remote Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting key accounts in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and support - Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing accounts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Analyze sales data and trends to make strategic recommendations for account growth - Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead of industry changes - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly - Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Creativity in problem-solving and developing sales strategies - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance available - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
