Job description:
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team at WestRock in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management or customer support, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our key clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, resolve issues, and communicate client needs - Develop and implement account strategies to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and opportunities for improvement - Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss account status, upcoming projects, and new product offerings - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation - Manage a team of account support specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure team success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
