Job Description:
Unum Group is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support a portfolio of key client accounts remotely. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions. 5. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on key metrics. 6. Identify opportunities for account growth and work with sales teams to upsell products and services. 7. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess performance and address any concerns. 8. Create and maintain detailed account plans and reports.
Requirements: 1. Proven track record of at least 8 years in a client-facing account management role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Experience with people management and team collaboration. 6. Hardworking and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
