Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a highly experienced individual with at least 7 years of relevant experience in account management and customer support.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support a portfolio of remote accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues or inquiries. - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in servicing remote accounts. - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement in customer support strategies. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of remote accounts.

Requirements: - Demonstrated adaptability and motivation to excel in a remote work environment. - Exceptional cooperation and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proven experience in account management or customer support, preferably in a remote setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
