Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Steel Dynamics is seeking a motivated and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key accounts and ensuring the successful management of client relationships.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling - Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations - Monitor account performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to management - Handle any customer complaints or escalations, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner - Conduct regular account reviews and check-ins to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty - Assist in the development of account strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
