Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in London, UK on a part-time basis. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, providing excellent customer support, and driving overall business success. This role will require you to work remotely from home, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth - Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers - Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints - Prepare reports on account performance and sales forecasts - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or customer support - Proven track record of successfully managing key customer accounts and driving business growth - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers - Driven and resourceful mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Strategic planning and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and remotely from home - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
