Terex, a leading global manufacturer of lifting and material handling solutions, is seeking a talented Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts - Understanding the needs and requirements of each account and providing customized solutions - Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and trends - Developing sales strategies and marketing plans to support account growth
To succeed in this role, you must be driven, reliable, and have strong leadership and communication skills. You should also have a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. A background in sales or customer support within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
