Account Support Officer

Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing key support to the account management team, ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the account management team to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Confidence and reliability in managing client relationships - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
