Job Description - Account Support Officer

Job Description:


Ameren is seeking an Account Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess resilience and passion, as well as strong soft skills in project management and decision-making.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients - Process client orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of client accounts - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes - Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 1+ years of experience in account management or customer service - Strong project management skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Resilient and passionate attitude towards work - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
