Job Description - Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


R.R. Donnelley & Sons is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to work from home in London, England, UK. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, confident, and have strong people management and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers and clients, assisting with account management tasks as needed - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
