Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Masco in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary - Update and maintain client records and documentation - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist in the development of new support processes and best practices - Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to better serve our clients - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer support - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Creative problem-solving skills to address client issues in a proactive manner - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
