Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be confident, hardworking, and able to persuasively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote account support to clients, assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our services. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet targets. 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty. 6. Provide regular reports to management on account performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role. 2. Confidence and strong communication skills. 3. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. 4. Persuasive and able to influence others. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
