Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Tenneco, a leading global manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual with strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed - Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention - Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and production to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives - Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement in customer service processes - Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and key performance indicators

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management abilities with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively - Adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
