Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and provide support with any inquiries or issues that may arise - Conduct research to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate services and deliverables for clients - Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation - Assist in training new Account Support Representatives as needed - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to research and analyze data effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - People management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
