Job Description:
Visa is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account support to our clients remotely. This role requires a driven and adaptable individual who possesses strong problem-solving skills and cooperates well with others.
Responsibilities: - Handle account inquiries from clients via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information in the company database - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide technical support for account-related issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members - Educate clients on company products and services to maximize their account potential - Stay current on industry trends and updates to best support client needs
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude towards teamwork - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Availability to work part-time hours
