Job Description:
Palantir Technologies is seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and account management tasks - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage and update customer information in the company database - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Contribute to the development of new strategies and initiatives to improve customer experience
Requirements: - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Leadership qualities and a creative mindset - Motivated and goal-oriented attitude
