Account Support Representative - Work from home

Western Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.

As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with account management tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting with order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop customer retention strategies - Creating and delivering presentations to clients on product features, promotions, and updates - Using critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
