Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a talented and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide support and answer inquiries - Assist in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product offerings and solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to effectively support customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
