Job Description:
C3.ai is seeking a passionate and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist with account management tasks such as updating client records and managing contracts. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 4. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions. 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all client interactions. 7. Utilize project management skills to efficiently handle multiple client accounts. 8. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and account retention. 9. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships. 3. Hardworking individual who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 8. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus.
