Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Account Support Representative to join our team at Sears Holdings in London, England, UK. This is a part-time work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, assisting with account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 4. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account performance and trends to clients and internal stakeholders. 5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to client challenges. 6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. 7. Meet or exceed set KPIs and targets to drive client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Previous experience in account management or customer support roles. 3. Strong understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Resilient and driven personality traits. 7. Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills.
