Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

Windstream Holdings is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account-related inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate a resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively communicate with clients


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and providing solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
