Job Description:
Whole Foods Market is looking for an Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Account Support Representative, you will work remotely from home, providing support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the sales team to support key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently - Excellent project management skills - Strong leadership qualities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work flexible hours as needed
