Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is currently seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote assistance to clients with their account-related inquiries and issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive sales and improve customer retention - Support the implementation of new accounts and onboard new clients - Monitor account activity and address any potential issues in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account support or a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Adaptable and dedicated with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Persuasion skills to effectively influence clients and drive sales
