Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at Cincinnati Financial in London, England, UK. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients remotely, assisting with any inquiries or issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Utilize decision-making skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions - Persuade clients to consider additional services or products that may benefit them - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maximize efficiency - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Handle any escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Persuasive abilities to encourage clients to consider new services or products - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
