Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Universal Health Services is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level role, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Scheduling appointments and managing patient records with accuracy and efficiency - Collaborating with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and resolve issues promptly - Educating patients on services offered and providing information on insurance coverage and payment options - Conducting follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the call center

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong analytical skills and the ability to persuade and influence others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM system preferred
