Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our call center team and assisting with various tasks related to customer service and sales.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and prospects - Providing product information and pricing details to potential customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Inputting customer information into our database system accurately - Assisting with sales support tasks such as order processing and invoicing - Collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the call center - Handling administrative tasks as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Effective planning and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Familiarity with precious metals industry is a plus
