Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a confident and hardworking Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up with clients on their insurance needs - Inputting client information accurately into our database system - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and creativity soft skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
