Job Description:
Las Vegas Sands is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks within the call center.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer issues or gather information - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Provide timely and efficient responses to customer emails and messages - Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and confident attitude with a strong desire to help others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks - Strong project management skills - High school diploma or equivalent
