Call Center Assistant

International Paper is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate must be resourceful and motivated, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints 3. Provide product information and pricing to customers 4. Process orders and track shipments 5. Maintain and update customer database 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) 8. Assist in training new call center employees 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of call center processes

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 6. Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
