Job Description:
United Rentals is seeking a reliable and adaptable Call Center Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. As a part-time associate level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing customer service, and supporting the Call Center team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with other departments as needed - Support the Call Center team with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve department goals
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
