Job Description:
Weyerhaeuser, a leading forest products company, is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate level requires 4 years of experience in a call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or pursue leads - Updating customer records in the database accurately and efficiently - Providing accurate information about products and services - Assisting in any additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
