Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Supervalu, a leading supermarket chain in London, England, is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant. This is a part-time position offering the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.


Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and concerns. - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve any issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. - Continuously analyze and improve call center processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Resilient and dedicated personality traits to handle high-pressure situations and demanding customers. - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. - Analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
