Job Description:
State Street Corp. is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or issues. 2. Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Following company policies and procedures regarding customer service and call handling. 6. Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals. 7. Providing feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Project management and decision-making skills. 5. Dedicated and driven personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 6. Experience with CRM software and call center technology. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
