Job Description:
Murphy USA is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct customer surveys, and provide updates on products and services. 3. Enter customer information accurately into the system and update customer records as needed. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager for further resolution. 5. Meet performance goals related to call volume, quality of service, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and share best practices. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers. 5. High school diploma or equivalent education required.
